American Wheat

Another basic recipe that I don't think I can take full credit for. It's been a while since I made this, though I'm pretty sure I added some fruit (raspberries I think) though I've lost the notes on the exact amount or how it was added.

Notes

This recipe is for a partial boil of 3 gallons, with topping it up to 5 gallons before adding the yeast.

Ingredients

Fermentables

• 3 lbs Wheat DME
• 3 lbs Wheat DME - Add at flame out

Hops

• ¾ oz Centenial - Boil for 60 minutes
• 1 oz Willamette - Boil for 5 minutes
• ¼ oz Centenial - Boil for 5 minutes

Yeast

• Wyeast 1010 - American Wheat Yeast
