American Wheat



Another basic recipe that I don't think I can take full credit for. It's been a while since I made this, though I'm pretty sure I added some fruit (raspberries I think) though I've lost the notes on the exact amount or how it was added.

This recipe is for a partial boil of 3 gallons, with topping it up to 5 gallons before adding the yeast.
