I enjoy cooking and especially baking! Here are some of the recipes that I've collected and keep coming back to. All of these come from somewhere else, links back to the original have been included where possible, but I have made some changes or clarifications or abbreviations from the original source where appropriate. A basic level of cooking knowledge is assumed, there aren't tutorial on techniques or how this recpie changed my entire outlook on life. That being said there are notes on additions or modifications from the base recipe that have worked out well (or didn't work and should be avoided).
