An American Stout, conceived and named while I lived in Arizona. I remember this one fondly, except for the part where I over carbonated about half the batch and ended up loosing maybe 10% to bottle explosions in my closet. But the stout was very stoutish and the non-explodey bottles didn't survive for very long anyways.
This recipe is FULL 5 gallon boil! No special notes.
