Fudge



A simple fudge recipe, originally taken from the back label on marshmallow creme (a.k.a. Snowman poop)

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil. Leave on heat until the mixture registers 234°F on a candy thermometer (about 5 minutes)
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined
  5. Add the mmarshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and walbuts. Stir to incorporate
  6. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and allow to cool for about 2 hours, or until firm, before cutting and serving
