This is a simple and straight forward IPA, nothing really to brag about. I came up with this after the realization that IPAs are relatively easy to make since the malts are nearly non-existent and the hops do all of the work. You can throw together just about any hops for bitterness and flavor together and get something that tastes like an IPA. I ended up choosing my hops for this beer based on whatever fresh hops the homebrew store had at the time.
This recipe is for a partial boil of 4 gallons, with topping it up to 5 gallons before adding the yeast.
