      A simple fudge recipe, originally taken from the back label on marshmallow creme (a.k.a. Snowman poop)
Ingredients
- 3 C granulated sugar
 
- ¾ C butter
 
- ⅔ C evaporated milk
 
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
 
- 1 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme
 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
- 1 C chopped walnuts (optional)
 
Steps
- Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil
 
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk
 
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Leave on heat until the mixture registers 234°F on a candy thermometer (about 5 minutes)
 
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined
 
- Add the mmarshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and walbuts. Stir to incorporate
 
- Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and allow to cool for about 2 hours, or until firm, before cutting and serving
