Tis the Saison



I'm pretty sure this is not a recipe of my own design, this looks to be a very basic Saison recipe that I might have slightly changed some of the hops on. In any case since it's a Saison the yeast selection is a critical part in the final flavor profile.

Notes

This recipe is for a partial boil of 3 gallons, with topping it up to 5 gallons before adding the yeast.
